The sheet switcher arrows right and left not working only the new sheet button only working in windows 7

the short-cut key working with CTL+pageup or pageDown works well

The arrows/triangles are not for switching sheets, but scrolling the sheet list in the case when there are a lot of them or the view is too narrow.
