When I use mouse to copy selected column range in one row and within this range are hidden columns, copied rows have omitted values in the hidden columns.

Such situation never occurs in MS Excel or OpenOffice

I can not confirm with Version: 5.1.0.0.alpha1+ (x64)

I also tried newest release. 5.0.2.2 and problem still exists.

yes, BUG 56799 looks exactly the same.

I'll have to go back to OO 4.1
