I cannot reproduce the problem. Please attach the file itself, not only a picture.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO', so please do change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once you have attached a document.

I get a wrong rendering, if I enable "use OpenGL for all rendering" in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View. [You need to restart LibreOffice after changing this options.] But I know already that my graphic card is not able to use OpenGL. And when I disable this option, the rendering is without error. Please check your setting for OpenGL.

Bug doesn't appear in Ubunut 15.04 in VirtualBox 5.0.6 - look at attachment
I get the same problem if "Use OpenGL for all rendering" is enabled: Text boxes cannot be rotated. When I disable the OpenGL option text can be rotated. I use LibreOffice 5.1.3.2 with Windows 7 64Bit.
Lets rename the ticket and move it to component graphic stack to cover the relation to OpenGL.
Martin and kaesetorte: please paste the content of your C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache\opengl_device.log kaesetorte: do you still see the problem in version 5.1.4 and latest graphics card drivers?
Status can stay as NEW as this has already been confirmed. Reports in NEEDINFO are usually ignored by everyone.

kaesetorte@gmx.de: I don't see this problem in 5.2.3 - can you still reproduce it?
Text rotation with OpenGL rendering enabled is rock solid now. No scaling issues and glyphs hold their line within text box.
