If you open the file in 1.doc Writer, it will be shown only page № 2. As if one page is superimposed on another. If you open it in MS Office, all normally open: two pages.
If you open a document in MS Office, it will open two pages and two images will be visible, and if open in the LO superimposed on one another.

I confirm bug under Win8.1 x64 using OOo 3.3.0, AOO 4.1.0, LibO 4.4.5.1 and recent 5.1.0.0 alpha builds.

issue is inherited from OOo

I add Writer expert to CC list.
