Description josselin.stark 2015-10-11 12:35:14 UTC
I recently started working on C++ and am taking notes using Writer. I noticed that there is no way to easily highlight code without either doing it manually or using extensions.
My thought is, why not include a text box that would highlight code similarly to the CSS styles used in HTML, especially in programming tutorials or online courses ?

Some forums have a similar feature using the BBCode tag [code].

Extensions like Coooder do the job, but are not very optimized or bug-proof, so having an official solution would be very nice.

please do not change version field. since this is an enhancement request of a feature that was never present in LibO and OOo the correct version (see "earliest affected") is inherited from OOo
