Tooltip split between two screens

Problem description:
Tooltips may be split between two screens.

Steps to reproduce:
Mouse over anything with a tooltip close to a right edge of a screen which has another monitor connected to the right of it.

Current behavior:
Part of the tooltip box is visible on each screen.

Expected behavior:
The tooltip box should be completely contained on one of the screens, probably the same one as the mouse is on.
