Enhacement: Add "Format as number" icon to sidebar

This icon is by default in LO toolbar, not sure why it didn't make it to sidebar.

I would rather have sidebar which I can customize, but you can't get all. :)

Hi,

In the "Number Format" panel, the most right button in the first row (with the tooltip "Numerical Field") does the same as the toolbar's "Format as Number", except that it doesn't set the thousands separator. In master, this disparity is corrected, so 5.1 will have there the same button as in the toolbar.

Yes, that "except" means a lot. If it will changed in next release then it's ok.
