Steps to reproduce:
1. In Calc create a chart or use attachment 119527 [details]
2. Edit the chart
3. Click on the X or Y Axis
4. In the sidebar change the Color or Width

Note the Axis now has points along it. If instead you double click on the Axis and use the dialog box to set the color or width, no points are added.
