Table with ignored vertical-align:top style

When loading or converting a HTML table, any vertical-align CSS rules are ignored. Only valign="top" attributes are rendered correctly.

Seen on both 4.4.2.2 and 5.0.2.2

Version is oldest version, not latest. Updating

Confirmed:
LibreOffice 5.0.2.2
Ubuntu 15.04 x64

I wouldn't be surprised if this is actually inherited from OOo.
