In Windows I use parental control to restrict rights af users to start applications. The wizard automatically searches for executables on a computer, and I allow all executables, that I already installed. But the file soffice.bin has a strange extension, and wizard does not detect it automatically. So, every time I need to add it manually. Could you just use only standard extensions for executables (.exe)? Thank you.

Sorry, on Windows the.EXE is simply a launcher for the LibreOffice process--soffice.bin--it won't/can't be changed.

You'll have to figure out how to white list the process in Microsoft Parental Controls. Or investigate MS Applocker as an alternative.
