Hakemiston luominen ei ole onnistunut reiluun puoleen vuoteen kun alkuperäinen dokumentti on luotu rtf pohjalla ja tallennettu odt:nä. Aikaisemmin tämäkin on onnistunut.

The headings have an outline level 'Body text' see 'Outline & Numbering' page in dialog "Edit paragraph style". That is why they are not included in a table of contents and not listed as headings in the navigator. So the document is o.k. What might went wrong is the RTF import. To check this the related file is required.
Kiia: onko teillä vielä alkuperäinen RTF-pohja? Voiko sen jakaa julkisesti? Jos se täytyy puhdistaa, työ täytyisi tehdä varmaankin Microsoft Officessa. Minulla on mahdollisuus käyttää Officea, joten jos on tarvis, voit lähettää sen minun sähköpostiini. Kommentissa 5 selitetään ongelman korjaaminen. Eli otsikoiden tyyliä pitää muokata ja Jäsennysnumerointi-kohtaan pitää korjata asianmukainen taso. Body text on väärä määrittely ja se ohitetaan.
Created attachment 120170 [details] Original RTF sanitized in MS Word 2013 Used this regex to find: [a-öA-Ö0-9] replaced with x Opening the original and sanitized files in LibO, they have a couple of white frames blocking the content. After selecting the frames and deleting you can see the content.
Created attachment 120171 [details] Sanitized RTF saved as ODT In LibO 5.0.2, saving the RTF as ODT does not mess up the heading outline levels! On page 3, the heading remains as "Level 1" and the ToC can be generated ok. That is why I let this stay as unconfirmed. Perhaps we should even close as worksforme as we can't reproduce the problem from scratch anymore? I wonder, if saving from MSO 2013 has any effect on avoiding the problem? I didn't test this myself but since it's Unconfirmed since 2015, I close per last comment. Please open a new bug if not satisfied.
