Description Phil 2015-10-23 13:45:00 UTC
The most recent version will not print red or table or graph lines. What I see is, where red appears only a thin red line appears in the printed materials Also, saving or moving within a document is difficult. The page does not add or move normally.
Comment 1 Phil 2015-10-23 13:47:18 UTC
I have reverted tp an earlier version that works perfectly.

Please attach a test document for us.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the document.

At this point I would need to remove the previous (older and working)copy I recently installed and re-install the newer version. My time is limited. If I can find the time to do so, I will. I was hoping someone else had a similar problem and it was already reported.

But why can't you attach a test document with the elements you described without reinstalling?
Comment 5 Phil 2015-10-26 20:22:48 UTC
I'm sorry I have not made myself clear. Once I removed the NEW UPDATE and re-installed version Version: 4.2.8.2, everything prints perfectly. Only the latest iteration of the program (v:5.0.2)has printing problems. The problems exist everywhere. From Writed to Cala, to Impress, etc. Does that help? I can send you a test print but with the v: 4.2.8.2, but it prints perfectly. I hope that helps.
