To reproduce:
1. Create a horizontal split in a spreadsheet
2. Create a comment in a cell
3. Scroll the spreadsheet so the comment is displayed in the same area as the split indicator
4. Notice that the split indicator appears on top of the comment

Expected result:
The comment will appear without obfuscation by the split indicator.

Actual results:
The split indicator partially obfuscates the comment.

Change the version to the older where I have verified the issue.
