When I'm reading (and simultaneously editing) text during long time my eyes are tired of the blinking cursor.
It would be great if there would be the option for changing cursor style (blinking/not_blinking).

LibreOffice obeys the operating system settings for cursor blinking: http://www.jurta.org/en/prog/noblink Ctrl-f on that page for libreoffice and see.
I think this can be set to wontfix.
