When a letter in the file path (file name or directory name) is Hebrew, the libreoffice can't open it or save it. This seems to be a new problem in this version Version: 5.0.2.2 Build ID: 00m0(Build:2) Locale: he-IL (C) on SUSE LEAP 42.1 . In eralier versions of OS / program there was no problem.
Here is a sample existing file and the error message upon trying to open it: /home/amyekut/Dropbox/Documents/misc/2015/עסקים/דן-מהיר-ועצבני.odt does not exist.
