Screenshot of the Issue before Window is resized

With recent builds, only a small portion of the top/left window is active/visible. To reproduce this issue you need to remove user/registrymodifications.xcu. Once you resize the window, the issue will go away, until registrymodifications.xcu is removed again. I have reproduced this on 2 different 64bit systems, Ubuntu 14.4 and 15.10.

It's related to the Start Center as:
$ ./soffice --writer : Bad

I could not test
$ SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen ./soffice
$ SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk ./soffice

as they are all broken now.

I believe it's a duplicate from bug Bug 95865 "VIEWING: windows incompletely painted"

source: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=95865

I also reproduce it on ArchLinux 64bit.
