LibreOffice Calc will crash on exit simply after one of it's dialog boxes has been opened.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open LibreOffice 5.0.4.1
2. Open the Formatting menu
3. Open the Conditional Formatting flyout
4. Select "Icon set..."
5. In the resultant dialog box, press "Cancel"
6. Close LibreOffice Calc
7. LIBREOFFICE CALC WILL CRASH ON EXIT EVERY TIME

Note that I had to mark this bug as affecting v5.0.3.2, but I have only confirmed it on v5.0.4.1.  I had to do this because no one has updated bugzilla to include the latest versions of LibreOffice.

Note also that this crasg could be caused by the same bug as https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=95039

version 5.0.4.1 added right now.

I don't reproduce issue under Win8.1 x64 using LibO 5.2.0.0.alpha0+

I can confirm with  5.0.4.1 (x64), win7 and 5.0.3.2

No crash with LO 4.2.8, regression

I believe the "crash on exit" was fixed with 05896a16412dd48d19ffd2e360ae7da5e41c2725 back in time.
