Enable hanging punctuation of the paragraph. 3. Adjust rightmost table border until it just cover the punctuation. It should not be covered by table border.

Mark Hung committed a patch related to this issue. It has been pushed to "master": http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=3596613153289dae204b5abdc7446b303021f597 tdf#96392 disallow hanging punctuation if the frame is inside a table. It will be available in 5.2.0. The patch should be included in the daily builds available at http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours.
