Header with different border sizes

Steps to reproduce:

1) make a heading
2) edit the style to put borders of different sides on each side

Expected Results:
2) each border should line up so that the outside edge is a full square

Actual Results:
2a) the preview in the style UI is correct
2b) the actual border in the document display is wrong -- it has notches out of some of the corners.

I checked the various versions and have narrowed the problem to 4.2.1.1. 4.2.0.4 worked correctly.

This is the same bug as Calc bug Bug 81643. So maybe the bibisect data over there is usefull in this case as well?
