Select: options > LO > view.
In v5.1.0.1 the *automatic* icon style got changed somehow from tango (the default, most complete iconset) to something else. On ubuntu 14.04 it changes to 'High Contrast' and with ubuntu 15.10 to changes to 'Sifr'.
When opening v5.0.4.2 again, it uses tango again.

For me not reproducible with LO 5.1.0.1, Win 8.1

Under my Windows installation it show "Automatic (Tango)".  Maybe a Linux only issue.

Yes, I think so. I saw this first on one system. Then checked it out on another, completely different system, which also gives the same result (no tango).
