Hallo, 
seit Jahren ist der Fehler nicht behoben worden:
Ich lege einen Druckbereich unter "Format" fest. Ich lasse mir die 
Druckvorschau unter "Datei" anzeigen, stelle unter "Seitenformat/Seite" 
Querformat ein. Beim Drucken ist der Druckbereich nicht geändert. Erst nach 
Umstellung des Druckertreibers von "automatisch PDF" auf "Postscript" wird im 
Querformat gedruckt. Stoßt das bitte nochmal an,

Which PDF printer are you using, then? Please use English.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

I have tried to verivy it. I could reproduce to error with the following steps:

0. Do the same as described in the bugreport until the print preview
1. Don't turn the format of the page (let it horizontally)
2. Press the print button for the print menu
3. Use a pdf printer (I have PDFCreator installed)
4. Go to the properties menu of the pdf printer
5. Change the layout from horizontally to vertically
6. print it

Now, the page is still printed horizontally

-> For me, it seems to be an error of the PDF printer driver, but I'm not sure, if the interface of LibreOffice is handling this properties or the driver itself.
