Yes, the button has tooltip "export dialog".

I'm also on the 5.0 line.
Then this is probably a linux-only issue.

Tools - Macros - Organize dialogs
Libraries tab. New. Export. Export as BASIC library. Save it in some folder.
Then immediately try again without closing the dialog. It remembers the folder.

Are these the correct steps?
