Cannot see how to insert a readable date quickly in Writer. In almost every other program there is a simple option to setup/install current or fixed date and include the time. When I use formatting to do it, it is blacked out and will only display in Print Preview. Thank you
Hi @ Himagain, thanks for reporting. You can use: Menu/Insert/Field Date or Time. Menu/Insert/Fields - Other fields - Document Date or Time with selected format. Making visible: Menu/View/Toolbars/Insert Modify the toolbaar: Menu/Tools/Custom - Toolbars. Add a Shortcut keys. Menu/Tools/Custom - keyboard (Insert)
