Cell A1 with formatting, that is not transferred via reference to cell A2.

Create Cell A1 with text, and do some formatting changes on some part of the text in A1 (e.g. boldface for the two last words, and first word is not bold).

Enter the reference in cell A2: "=A1"

Now you see, that they are not the same: only pure text is transferred, but not the formatting.

Hello Tom,

Thank you for reporting this. Seems like this is the default behavior in other office software, I found this by searching:

So this is closer to an enhancement or feature request than a bug. Please give us your thoughts

I've set this bug to "needinfo" and to be as enhancement.
