Currently, Base's report builder allows the use of conditional formatting on report fields. However, the conditional formatting options are not as complete as in Calc. For example, data bars, color scales, and icon sets are not available in Base's report builder, but they are in Calc. Options like those should be added to enhance Base's capabilities.
