I wanted to use the scrollbar Object in my own application separately to a TextField, ListBox or ComboBox object.

I wanted to manage this scrollbar with the MouseWheel but unfortunately, it is not possible.
In LO actually, we have not the opportunity to use the MouseWheel event or the possiblity to define a custom event like in VBA (type Public Event).

Is it possible to develop this matter for the future versions of LO?
