OS: Windows 10, 64-bit;
When I move mouse around area with tools of Formula Editor, formulas blinking.

Please test if disabling OpenGl in Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice/View/Graphics output, has any effect?

Already is disabled in Wirter and Math.
Now:
+ Use hardware acceleration
+ Use anti-aliasing
- Use OpenGL for all rendering
- Force OpenGL even if blacklisted

Switching (3rd item) with restarting did not help.
