New main window applies window's size restrictions to all LO session

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LO Writer
2. You are able to make window very small (vertically)
3. Press "close this document" button, in the top right corner, main window will open
4. Press Writer to open Writer window and try to resize window now
Actual Results:  
The window is locked to 600px vertically, I can't make it smaller

Expected Results:  
I will be able to resize window. I use netbook, so it's important for me

This is a duplicate of bug 93085, the individual modules are picking up settings of the StartCenter when closing out of a document.

Simple work around of just opening each module directly--but it is a nuisance.
