Edit Keys [HOME] [END] in Impress Notes do not work

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open / Create an Impress Document
2. Add a Slide
3. Select View / Notes
4. Enter a line of text in the note text box
5. Select the middle of the line of text, just entered
6. Press [HOME] or [END] the cursor does not move to the respective beginning or end of line.
Actual Results:  
There is not change in cursor position, while in edit mode.

Expected Results:  
When the [HOME] or [END] keys are pressed, the cursor should move to the respective beginning or end of line.

This was fixed for the 5.1.1 release, and backported to 5.1.0 but there was no 5.1.0.4 build done.
