Australian .DIC fixed by Marco A.G.Pinto

Hello!

I am packing the English dictionaries monthly and make them available in:
1) Apache OpenOffice:
http://extensions.openoffice.org/en/project/english-dictionaries-apache-openoffice

2) LibreOffice:
http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/english-dictionaries/

An AOO user opened an issue saying that en_AU had the accents corrupted:
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=126863

What happened is that the old maintainers somehow converted the format wrongly to UTF-8 and the accents became all corrupt.

I have confirmed the issue and fixed by hand the hundreds of occurrences and sent an e-mail to the AOO's mailing lists asking people to check if all was fine now.

However, as usual, no one replies to my messages so Dennis Roczek suggested to use the LO's users mailing list.

If someone is able to confirm that all words are fixed I will update the Australian dictionary in the monthly update but I also need to know what to write in the .AFF and README.

Thanks!
