Description hardloop_ 2016-03-23 13:07:12 UTC
EDITING Shift + Home cancels cell edit mode instead of selecting cell contents when cell edit was started by just typing (instead of F2)

Reproduce:
1) Use cursor keys to go to a single cell
Observe: Cell is highlighted.
2) Start typing
Observe: Cell is in edit mode and the typed words appear in cell.
3) Press SHIFT+HOME
Observe: Edit mode is canceled and current row of cells is selected from first
column to where the edit happened.
Expected: Text in currently edited cell is selected from cursor position to beginning of cell contents.

Further Info:
When cell editing was started with F2 instead of by typing, the expected behaviour occurs.

Hi,

thanks for filing this issue. Is the same as bug 74375 IMO.
