Cuando el ordenador se pone en modo táctil no funciona el scrool de pantalla ni se despliega el tecladomde pantalla.

En resumen: No funciona en modo táctil.

I’m assuming you’re talking about Windows 10’s “tablet mode”…

The scrolling issue is already reported in bug 85677; remember that bug reports should be focused on a *single problem*.
