Original document (Corel Draw 7)

Hi,

The bug was first reported in the Inkscape bug tracker (https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1563064 "corel 7- fonts not opened in a graphic layout"), with Inkscape 0.91.
Also reproduced with the latest cdr2xhtl utility (based on libcdr-0.1.2).

The text exists in the generated SVG document, but with a huge vertical offset. For example, the first defined text is:
<svg:text x="306.0000" y="-33639.9829">
with y far outside the document.
