wmf in odg can not break and Past GDI to writer become bigger,and include some white space

wmf in odg can not break,
and Past GDI to writer well in LO 4.4 but 5.1.2.2,
It will become bigger,and include some white space.

wmf in odg can not be breaked in LO 5.1.3.1
"Past GDI to writer become bigger,and include some white space" is ok in  LO 5.1.3.1

I can not break first object in Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha0+

I can't break it in 4.3, but I can break it in 3.5.

Tested on Win 7.

As per today, this regression can't be bibisected as it was introduced before 4.4 branch and there's no bibisect repository for the affected branch, thus change 'bibisectRequest' to 'preBibisect'

Not every wmf can not be broken,
Maybe some unstandar wmf cause this problem.

It is fixed in LibreOffice 6 Beta 1.
