This attached file shows the image placement bug

When image is placed under a basic text style without any margins before and after the paragraph, then the image placement is good.

BUT, if the image is placed under a paragraph with a more "advanced" style with space before and/or after the paragraph, moving the image becomes a mess.

The attached file shows the bug: First image can be moved easily while the second one not. Please use fine displacement [ALT]+[Arrows] to see how the image displacement behaves.

Please correct this bug quickly as this is a big regression when switching from 4.x (which was NOT affected), to 5.x.
This bug had also been observed in older Open Office versions, and it took years to fix; now we have the same bug again...

Please, could you elaborate a bit about "moving the image becomes a mess."? For me, moving and placing the second image is not less easy than moving and placing the first.
Tested with LO 5.1.3.0.0+.
