Dear all, I noticed that the default keyboard shortcut for inserting a comment in Writer is `CTRL + ALT + C`. In MS Office Word, on the other hand, `CTRL + ALT + M` is used as the default shortcut. Is there any reason why Writer does not use the same to make it more intuitive for the average MS Office user to switch? Thankfully, ~Robert

If we change it, then these users will fill new bugs :-)
Dear @raal, Thank you for your comment! I might consider customising the shortcut or accustom myself to Writer's default. I respect the intentional choice then made by the developers to go for a different shortcut than the MS Office folks. Warmly, ~Robert
Hello Robert, in fact sometimes we change defaults, I remember some weeks ago change of shortcut in Calc. These changes are discussed in UX team, so if you're interested, feel free to join> https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Design
Thank you for the invitation! I might consider it next time I have something to request. Warmly, ~Robert
