XLS Document

When saving a document with modified row heights, the height of rows with empty cells are not saved if the document is saved in "Excel 97-2003" (XLS) or "Excel 2010-2013" (XLSX) formats. In some cases it appears to require entering text and saving the file twice for the row heights to be lost.

Occurs in both 5.0.2.2 and 5.1.2.2

To reproduce:

1. Start new document
2. Select several rows and change the height.
3. Type some text in one of the rows.
4. Save the document as XLS or XLSX.
5. Close and re-open the document.
6. Empty rows where likely set back to a default height, not the height originally specified.

Attached both XLS and XLSX documents where this has occurred.
