Well the option is there, but not under the normal menuitem 'Format'. Somehow with impress, but not with writer/calc/draw it's under 'Slide'. So 'Slide > page/slide properties'.
Maybe set as enhancement to change it back to the 'Format' menuitem.

Indeed, thanks

Well, the menu etc has been extensively discussed recent... so I don't think that's going to fly?

Cheers,
Cor

Hi 2460acc,

Can you let us know where you search for this feature? The feature is available in the menu (Slide > Slide Properties > Orientation) or in the right-click context menu (Slide Properties > Orientation).

This isn't a duplicate of #99767 . Here is some more information: still present on 5.1.3.2, Xenial Ubuntu.

The page/slide properties dialog window contains only one tab — for setting the background fill. There's nothing else, no Page or Orientation or whatever is supposed to be there.

I'm using the libreoffice ppa, so either it's a bug upstream or in packaging.

In 5.1.3.2 and in 5.1.4.1 and daily 5.3.0 of Jun 7th, in Slide > Slide properties, there is a tab "Page". Ubuntu 32 bits.

Must be packaging then.
