Hi, 
I noticed that in the newest release candidate (LO 5.1.3.1)the automatic word count does not work. Notice: when using a .odt file,there is no problem!

I can not confirm with Version: 5.2.0.0.alpha0+; win7

Should be fixed in v5.2.0+. Check out bug 94570
Hope they backport it to v5.1
