Rotation is currently disabled for videos.
This is also causing interoperability issues, when videos are rotated in PowerPoint.

OK, thanks for creating this. I do believe I mentioned that the files were rotated in PP2013 in one of the comments during the communications back and forth on the other bug#. No matter now, you have now apparently seen this issue replicated.
