Created attachment 125049 [details] Screen shot showing Slide Show parameters I want to have automatic movement to next slide after 10 seconds. This does not appear to work. Also, I want all bullet points displayed on a slide but without animations on them (i.e. no requirement to mouse click in order to display next bullet point) when I'm using Slide Show (i.e. setting appropriate Slide Show parameters). I don't want to do this by removing all the animations as I might in future want to control the Slide Show manually (i.e. using mouse click to bring up each bullet point).

Installed LibreOffice 5.1.3.2. Problems still the same. Ive asked on http://ask.libreoffice.org/
Question: https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/69968/how-to-automate-impress-slide-show/
Created: mortonkh@gmail.com I have successfully reproduced the bug in the latest build of the program. When I started to look for possible duplicates in the system of this bug, i found bug 61679: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=61679 This bug is also connected with the presentation autoplay. Download file «presentation created with powerpoint» and open in LibreOffice Start a slide in automatic mode. All runs but does not change slides 10 seconds, as specified in the program settings, and after 8 seconds. Resave the file in a format ''odp'', and start slide in automatic mode => slide show again change after 8 seconds instead of 10 seconds. Conclusion: Slide, created in LibreOffice, not work in automatic mode, only in manual mode. Slide, created in another editor (for example in Microsoft PowerPoint) work in automatic mode, but with the wrong play time.
John and Vadim: should we close this report as a duplicate of bug 61679?

odp document attached. Please try playing about with slide 8. Used LibreOffice version 5.4.2.
I've attached a test document. Issue seems to be partially fixed with LibreOffice 5.4.2 in that original report has been addressed but introduced related issue with Animations not working at all: animation in attached Test.odp was supposed to display each bullet point successively rather than displaying all bullet points on a slide.

(In reply to John Rose from comment #9) > I've attached a test document. The problem seems to be you have inserted your own text box on top of the one in the template. In the text box, the bullets are not in their own paragraphs. I removed the text box in Slide 1 and input A, B, C in the original box hidden beneath it and it creates a correctly chained custom animation. I think we can close this. Thanks for reporting back.
