It will be cleaner if the navigator window doesn't appear and use the navigator in the sidebar.
The navigator appear when you:
- Click on F5 button
- Click in the menu View / Navigator
- Click on the number of page in the status bar

And if you have the button in your toolbar too (only if you have added the button).
