When making a column operation with the toolbar buttons, the height of a row whose height was copied is reset to standard

To reproduce

- Create new chart

- Change the height of a row (row 1) with the mouse

- Select the changed row and pres ctrl+c

- Select another row (row 2) and press ctrl+v; the height of the row is changed to the height of row 1 (which is expected)

- Mark a column and press the toolbar-button to add a new row

--> The height of row 2 is reset to the standard height

A little bit bizarre...

Repro.

The row height does not change on paste in 5.1.3.
