for some cropped images, they are well displayed on edition mode but in presentation mode a part is missing

No problem on Windows either.
Do you have this enabled: Tools - Options - LibO - View - Use OpenGL for all rendering

I have this option activated

Ok, setting to WFM as you no longer see the issue.
