In the following page of the help : https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Record
the mentioned menu Record - Show does not exist. I think it should be "Show Changes".

... :( I have not installed the en_US help for 5.2.0.3 to test it there, but during our translation we changed it to fit for the German GUI ...
Just one additional comment: I think, it should be changed to "Record Changes - Show Changes".
