LibreOffice menu and tooltip on the desktop and the notebook

I've got 2 computers: desktop with 1280x1024 display and notebook with 1366x768 display.
Both of them have same Lubuntu 16.04.1 x64 and LibreOffice 5.2.0.4 (from ppa:libreoffice-ppa) installed.
LibreOffice on the desktop has normal menus and tooltips, but on the notebook it has flattened menu headers and tooltips that are cut on right (notebook-desktop-comparison.png).
Please, fix it.

I tested, and could not reproduce this when setting my Ubuntu 16.04 VM to 1360x768, however the bug was reproduced with smaller resolutions, see bug 94666.
