@Dennis, Could you please retest OpenGL with current drivers [1]; i.e. for Windows 10 the 15.40 4963 build, or for Windows 8.1 the 15.36 4889 build. The 6.19 had you on Windows 10 when reported, right? If updated drivers resolves, we'll set this a dupe of bug 107764 Otherwise if still broken, we'd need the vendor and device ids and the driver version to add to the black list.
