1. Have calc open 2. Move cursor from sheet area to toolbars (up) 3. When cursor reaches the top pixel row of equation toolbar, it jumps to the top row of A-B-C-D header row. Happens every time. Ubuntu 16.04, KDE, LibO from libo.org
No repro. Might be some Ubuntu + KDE quirk. I have had this same problem. Running Windows 10, version 1607. I have used LibreOffice before, and have not had this issue. LibreOffice version 4.2.6.3. Moving the cursor up fast enough allows me to "skip" past the equation toolbar to access the other toolbars. Problem goes away after restarting LibreOffice, but returns after a few minutes.

After more observation: I've noticed that, when moving my cursor onto the equation toolbar, the cursor symbol stays as the two-way arrow as if I were to resize/drag the border between the sheet and the toolbars. It appears that, rather than the cursor jumping back down when I reach the top of the equation toolbar, instead it jumps down when the cursor leaves the boarder (i.e. when it would no longer lie in the "draggable" area).
