Description Davide Marchi 2016-10-13 03:07:18 UTC
As suggested from bug:https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99793

On a new Impress file the sound tab keeps in memory the songs previously used,
even if these have been removed from hard drive and not allows to understand
its path.

Thanks

ciao Davide,
you reported this bug using an obsolete LibO version (4.2.8.2)
so please install one of the latest LibO releases (5.1.5.2 or 5.2.1.2) and tell if issue persists. consider that thousand of bugs have been fixed meanwhile so I strongly suggest you to upgrade.

if bug is still present set back status to UNCONFIRMED
if bug is gone change it to RESOLVED WORKSFORME

I've try with LibreOffice: 5.1.6.2
Build ID: 1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial1

the behavior is the same, nothing change.

When you inserted the audio, did you have the checkbox "Insert as link" checked? If not, the audio file is inside the document and it does not matter, if you delete it from your hard drive.
