Hi,

- Open the attached spreadsheet
- Click Format/Conditional Formatting/Manage...
(You see two conditional formats)
- Click the Remove button in order to delete the first conditional format
- Click Edit... button in order to delete the remaining conditional format
- Click OK button
Note that the first conditional format that we have removed is restored.
